VCO(전압 제어 발진기)는 발진 주파수가 전압 입력에 의해 제어되는 전자 발진기입니다. 적용된 입력 전압에 따라 순간 발진 주파수가 결정됩니다. 결과적으로 VCO는 제어 입력에 변조 신호를 적용하여 주파수 변조(FM) 또는 위상 변조(PM)에 사용될 수 있습니다. VCO는 위상 고정 루프의 필수 부분이기도 합니다.
