열전(TE) 모듈 또는 펠티에 어셈블리는 저전압 DC 전력이 적용될 때 장치의 한 면에서 다른 면으로 열을 이동시키는 반도체 기반 장치입니다. 모듈의 한쪽 면은 냉각되고 반대쪽 면은 가열됩니다. 이 현상은 DC 전압의 극성이 바뀌면 반전됩니다. TE 모듈은 온도 차이가 적용될 때 전류를 생성할 수 있습니다. 열 전달 유형, 냉각 전력, 전류, 전압 및 전체 치수에 따라 차별화됩니다.
