회로 보호 사이리스터
(2553 결과)사이리스터 기반 TVS(과도 전압 억제) 장치는 정상 작동 조건에서 개방 회로에 가까운 과전압 보호 장치입니다. 브레이크오버 전압이라고 하는 특정 값을 초과하는 전압을 이들에 적용하면 단락 회로에 가까운 전도성 상태가 됩니다. 이 상태는 장치를 통과하는 전류 흐름이 회로 내의 일부 외부 영향에 의해 "유지 전류"라는 최소값 아래로 감소될 때까지 지속됩니다.
