The TPS2HB35-Q1 is a high-efficiency, dual-channel buck converter designed for automotive applications, offering robust performance under harsh electrical conditions. It delivers up to 3.5 A per channel with integrated power MOSFETs, enabling compact and efficient power solutions in space-constrained environments such as advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS), infotainment, and body control modules. This device operates from an input voltage range of 4.5 V to 28 V, making it suitable for both 12 V and 24 V automotive electrical systems. Its synchronous rectification design ensures high efficiency across varying load conditions, minimizing heat generation and improving system reliability. The converter features adaptive voltage positioning (AVP) and current-mode control, which enhance transient response and stability during dynamic load changes—critical for maintaining signal integrity in sensitive automotive electronics.
