AWR6443

The AWR6443 is a highly integrated mmWave radar sensor developed by Texas Instruments, designed for low-power, high-accuracy sensing in compact form factors. It operates in the 60–64 GHz frequency band, enabling precise detection of range, velocity, and angle of objects using Frequency Modulated Continuous Wave (FMCW) technology. The device features a single-chip solution with built-in transmit/receive antennas, RF front-end, and digital signal processing, eliminating the need for external components and simplifying system design. Core parameters include a 12-bit ADC, support for up to 4 channels (3 Tx + 1 Rx), and a configurable bandwidth of up to 4 GHz, which allows for resolution down to 1 cm.
