The ST3243C is a high-performance RS-485 transceiver designed by STMicroelectronics for reliable data communication in industrial and commercial applications. It operates with a wide supply voltage range of 3.0 V to 5.5 V, enabling compatibility with both 3.3 V and 5 V logic systems. The device supports data rates up to 10 Mbps, making it suitable for high-speed serial communication over long distances. This transceiver features a half-duplex interface, allowing bidirectional data transmission over a single pair of wires.
