RA2L1

The RA2L1 is a 32-bit microcontroller from Renesas Electronics Corporation, based on the Arm Cortex-M23 core operating at up to 32 MHz. It features 64 KB of flash memory and 16 KB of SRAM, offering sufficient onboard storage for embedded applications requiring low power consumption and high efficiency. The device supports multiple power-saving modes, including deep sleep and stop modes, making it ideal for battery-powered systems such as portable sensors, smart meters, and wearable devices. This microcontroller includes a rich set of integrated peripherals, such as a 12-bit ADC with up to 16 channels, multiple timers (including 16-bit and 32-bit variants), and communication interfaces like UART, I2C, and SPI.
