It is a 256-Kbit serial EEPROM, organized as 32K × 8 bits (32 Kbytes). It utilizes an I²C-compatible (2-wire) serial interface and supports all I²C bus modes including 100 kHz, 400 kHz, and 1 MHz. The memory array features a 64-byte page size and is protected against accidental writes by the write protect of the whole memory array.
