TOKIN (KEMET)

TOKIN Corporation is a Japanese electronic, industrial, and automotive component manufacturing company. In April 2017 TOKIN was acquired and is now a wholly owned subsidiary of KEMET Corporation. Previously, it was named NEC TOKIN and was part of the NEC Group. It is headquartered in Shiroishi, Miyagi Prefecture, Japan. TOKIN product can now be sourced through KEMET Electronics.
